Terms of Service
The agreement that governs your use of carouselflow — your account, your content, and what each of us is responsible for. Plain language first, legal precision second.
Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service are a contract between you and carouselflow, Inc. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. If you're using carouselflow for an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization.
If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use carouselflow. The most important parts for most people are your content stays yours (Section 05) and you're responsible for what you publish (Section 06).
The service
carouselflow generates social-media carousels from a short idea — producing slide copy, captions, and backgrounds you can export or publish. We continuously improve the product, so specific features, models, and output may change over time. We don't guarantee any particular result, reach, or engagement from content you publish.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it current.
- One person or organization per account, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
- Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Plans, credits & billing
carouselflow offers a Free plan to try the product and a paid Creator plan. AI slide backgrounds use credits — 1 credit per generated image. Text generation, edits, and reverting images are free.
Creator plan
Creator is $19 per month and includes 200 credits refreshed each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. Subscribers also get unlimited projects.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings; access continues through the end of the period you've paid for. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Changes
We may adjust pricing or plan features with reasonable notice. Continuing to use a paid plan after a price change means you accept the new price.
Your content & ownership
You own what you make. The carousels, copy, and exports you create with carouselflow are yours, subject to the rights of any third-party assets you bring in.
If you upload images (for example screenshots, photos, or app UI), you represent that you own them or have the rights to use them in your content. You are responsible for any copyright or trademark issues arising from uploaded assets.
To run the service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content back to you, and to send it to the AI providers needed to generate results. This license exists only to operate the product and ends when you delete the content or your account.
AI-generated output may not be eligible for copyright in every jurisdiction, and similar output could be produced for other users. We make no warranty of exclusivity over generated visuals.
Acceptable use
You're responsible for what you generate and publish. You agree not to use carouselflow to create or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, infringes someone's intellectual property, or violates a platform's rules.
- Is hateful, harassing, deceptive, or designed to impersonate a real person or brand.
- Includes sexual content involving minors, or content promoting violence or self-harm.
- Attempts to reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, or abuse the service or its AI models.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules. You — not carouselflow — are responsible for reviewing output for accuracy and rights before you post it anywhere.
Our intellectual property
The carouselflow name, logo, software, and the design of the product itself are ours and protected by law. These terms don't grant you any right to use our branding except to identify the tool you used. You may not copy, resell, or build a competing service from our software.
Third-party platforms
When you connect a platform like TikTok or Instagram, your use of that platform is governed by its own terms. We're not responsible for changes those platforms make to their APIs, policies, or your account standing with them. Publishing through carouselflow doesn't exempt you from any platform's community guidelines.
Disclaimers
carouselflow is provided "as is" and "as available." AI output can be inaccurate, biased, or unexpected, and we don't warrant that it will be error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or that the service will be uninterrupted. You use generated content at your own discretion and risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, carouselflow won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.
Termination
You can stop using carouselflow and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the service in a way that creates risk for us or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends, though sections that by their nature should survive — like ownership, disclaimers, and liability — will continue to apply.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we'll notify you and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
